On November 8, 2026 our feed held 17 live listings that require Turkish, from 8 platforms. Ten state an hourly rate in the feed and three on-site US roles add $28 to $38, but the numbers are not comparable: they mix a $17.50 recorded hour, a $110 audio hour and a $15 analyst rate. Only two of the 17 name Türkiye. Every number below comes from the listings, and every rate is in US dollars.

Where the listings are open

Ten carry no country restriction: all three of Babel Audio's, all three of Turing's, both of Mercor's, and one each from micro1 and AfterQuery. Two name Türkiye (a Meridial language specialist and the Welo Data network), one is on-site in Barcelona, and four are for the United States. Our Türkiye page lists the roles that name the country.

The kinds of Turkish work

Recording and transcription

Babel Audio's three listings pay in different units. The Conversation Partner role is $17.50 an hour recorded in the United States and Canada, with rates in other countries possibly lower, for 15-minute recorded conversations with a matched Turkish speaker. The Transcriber role is up to $110 per audio hour transcribed, which is not an hour of your time. The Voice Actor role is $60 to $150 per recorded hour depending on your country, and needs a professional external microphone. AfterQuery wants Turkish-accented English speakers for a script recording of about 15 minutes at $50 flat (the feed shows $30 an hour), and is taking only 3 to 5 speakers.

Evaluating and training AI in Turkish

Turing lists an AI Quality Analyst (Personalization) at $15 an hour for a 3-month engagement, at either 30 or 40 hours a week with four hours of Pacific Time overlap. It also has two Business Analyst (Turkish Language) listings that state no rate, ask for up to 40 hours a week, and need 2 to 5 hours a day of overlap with UTC-8. Mercor lists Turkish Linguistic Experts at $50 an hour in the feed and a Bilingual Turkish Generalist Expert for AI safety work at $23 to $27, with Türkiye or the wider MENA region preferred but not required; neither text states a rate. Meridial's Turkish Language Specialist is for Türkiye and states a range of $6 to $65 an hour, with the exact rate set after evaluating your experience, expertise and geographic location. SME Careers lists a Turkish Team Lead at up to $25 an hour, for the United States. micro1 lists a Turkish Bilingual Expert at $30 to $65 an hour with no description.

Welo Data

Welo Data has five, and none is simple remote work. The AI Trainers Network is a talent community, not an active opening. Three Project Perseus roles pay $28, $34 and $38 an hour, but they are full-time W2 positions, 40 hours a week and 100 percent on-site in the US, open only to people authorized to work there. The Turkish Linguistic Evaluator and Functional Tester is on-site in Barcelona and states no pay.
