Short version
- We don't ask you to create an account, sign in, or fill in a form.
- We use Google Analytics for aggregate page-view counts. That's the only third-party tracker on the site.
- Saved jobs are stored in your browser's local storage. Nothing about your saved list ever leaves your device.
- When you click an outbound link, you go to the destination platform. That platform has its own privacy policy.
- We don't sell, rent, or share your data with anyone.
What we collect
Aggregate analytics. Google Analytics (gtag.js) sets cookies to count unique visitors, measure session duration, and group visits by country and referrer. We see numbers. We don't see who you are. See the cookie policy for the list of cookies and how to opt out.
Standard server logs. Cloudflare (our hosting provider) logs the IP address, user agent, and URL of every request for security and abuse-prevention purposes. We don't read those logs for marketing.
Saved jobs. If you click the bookmark icon on a job card, the job ID and your save timestamp are stored in your browser's local storage. This data never reaches our servers, and it's wiped if you clear your browser data.
What we don't collect
- Account info (we don't have accounts)
- Email addresses (we don't have signup forms)
- Payment info (we don't sell anything)
- Resume / CV / professional history
- Tracking pixels from social networks (no Facebook Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight tag, etc.)
Outbound links
Every job listing links out to the platform that posted it (Mercor, micro1, LinkedIn, etc.). When you click through, you leave our site. The destination platform sets its own cookies and runs its own tracking. We are not responsible for what happens after you click. Some links carry a referral code that identifies the click as coming from us — see the disclaimer.
Your rights
Under GDPR (Europe) and CCPA (California) you have the right to know what personal data is held about you, request its deletion, and opt out of "sales." Because we don't collect personal data tied to your identity in the first place, requests of this nature are effectively no-ops on our end. The exception is Google Analytics — to opt out of GA tracking, install the official Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or block analytics via your browser's tracker-protection setting.
Changes to this policy
We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when anything material changes. Substantive changes (e.g. adding a new third-party tracker) will be flagged on the homepage for at least a week.
