About this role

Review contract negotiation redlines and assess whether they reflect what competent counsel would actually do. Remote, flexible, paid per task. Practicing US attorney (JD required, active bar strongly preferred) with hands-on commercial contract negotiation or redlining experience. Firms, private companies, or municipalities all count. USA only. Attorneys on a career break or working remotely are a great fit.
