About this role

Mercor is recruiting expert US/Europe-based senior SWEs for a highly challenging project with a leading foundational model AI lab. **You are a good fit if you:** - Have **10+ years of experience** working at top US tech firms - Are passionate about improving model capabilities at complex SWE tasks **About the role** - You must be able to commit **around 20 hours per week** for this role - This contract is expected to last 2-3 weekss and includes promotion opportunities within the project - Successful contributions increase the odds that you are selected on future projects with Mercor **Vetting process** \- 30 minute AI interview \- Asynchronous SWE exercise and project instructions quiz (2h total, paid $100 for completion) **Pay and legal status** - **This role will pay $150-210/h depending on geography and experience-level**
