About this role

Are you a benefits professional — plan design, payer and claims operations, or benefits regulatory and compliance? Our client is developing AI-generated benefits-navigation content, and needs experienced benefits professionals to validate it. **In this role, you'll:** - Review and validate evaluation rubrics for accuracy and real-world relevance - Assess AI-generated benefits-navigation scenarios used to inform a synthetic dataset - Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, ambiguous, or potentially harmful guidance - Recommend improvements based on real-world benefits administration experience **You're a strong fit if you:** - Have substantial experience in benefits administration, benefits navigation, or healthcare coverage — Must Have - Bring a strong understanding of Medicare and/or Medicaid — Must Have - Know common customer questions, service workflows, and escalation practices — Must Have - Can tell general educational guidance from situations needing a licensed, legal, clinical, or plan-specific referral **Strongly preferred:** - Employer-sponsored group benefits or health and welfare administration - Benefits navigation, advocacy, or benefits-related customer service - Quality assurance, rubric development, or content validation - Experience reviewing AI-generated or synthetic customer-service content This is a **non-clinical review** role — likely not the right fit if your background is primarily hands-on clinical care. **Details:** - Remote, hourly, $70/hour - Application includes a short domain-expert interview
