About this role

**Role Overview** We're recruiting native Colombian Spanish speakers for immediate customer experience (CX) agent testing. You'll interact with our client's conversational AI agent, assess how it performs, and provide clear written feedback. **What You'll Do** - Test the CX agent's responses and behaviour across the prompts and scenarios provided - QA each conversation for accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness in Colombian Spanish - Provide clear written feedback on conversation flow and user experience - No domain expertise required—a generalist perspective is exactly what we need **Schedule & Compensation** - **Duration:** 2 weeks - **Daily Commitment:** 1-2 hours per day - **Start Date:** Immediate **Requirements** - Native or fluent Colombian Spanish speaker - Ability to make clear phone calls with good audio quality - Available to start immediately
