**About the Role** Mercor is hiring experienced **Industrial Engineers** to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems. In this role, you'll evaluate AI-generated industrial engineering content and workflows, leveraging your real-world expertise in designing production systems, quality control, and process optimization. **Key Responsibilities** - Evaluate AI-generated production plans, process designs, quality analyses, and other industrial engineering artifacts for quality and accuracy. - Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on engineering rigor, process efficiency, and quality-control soundness. - Review industrial engineering scenarios involving production sequencing, cost analysis, quality standards, and logistics coordination and provide expert feedback. **Required Qualifications** - **4+ years** of experience as an Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer, Quality Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer, Operations Engineer, or another closely related industrial engineering role. - Experience designing, developing, or evaluating integrated production systems including quality control, inventory control, logistics, cost analysis, or production coordination. - Ability to commit **20+ hours per week**. - Strong written English communication skills. **Additional Information** - Start date: Immediate - Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks - Payment: task-based (payment upon first task approval). Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
