About this role

**Role Overview** We're recruiting French Canadian generalist speakers for immediate customer experience (CX) agent testing. You'll participate in phone calls and live interaction testing to evaluate our client's conversational AI agent. **What You'll Do** - Make outbound/inbound calls to test the CX agent's responses and behavior - Follow basic prompts and scenarios provided - Provide feedback on conversation flow and user experience - No domain expertise required—generalist perspective is exactly what we need **Schedule & Compensation** - **Duration:** 4.5 hours total over 3 days - **Daily Commitment:** 1.5 hours per day - **Start Date:** Immediate **Requirements** - Native or fluent French Canadian speaker - Ability to make clear phone calls with good audio quality - Available to start immediately - Reliable for the 3-day commitment
