We're looking for an experienced Lead Generative AI Analyst to join our team. This leadership role is open to hybrid and remote candidates, with a preference for those who can work in a hybrid capacity from our Santa Clara, CA office. We're looking for someone who enjoys leading AI operations, coordinating people, solving complex operational challenges, and building scalable processes in a fast-paced Generative AI environment. Rather than focusing on individual annotation work, you'll lead the end-to-end execution of AI data initiatives, partnering with annotators, quality teams, AI researchers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality results efficiently and consistently.
