About this role

We're looking for experienced lawyers who are native or fluent in Spanish to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You'll build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real law work as it's done in Spain. Requirements - 5+ years of legal practice - Native or fluent in Spanish - Degree from a top-20 university in Spain - Practicing in Spain, ideally a member of a Spanish bar association (colegiado), with deep knowledge of Spanish civil, commercial or employment law Details: Remote, about 21 hours per week, hourly, pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.
