**Mercor is recruiting UK-based US-qualified Labor & Employment Lawyers for a research project with a leading frontier AI lab.** We are seeking experienced lawyers who are **qualified to practice law in the United States** and have professional experience in a **Labor & Employment / Employment Law practice group**. Candidates must be **based in the United Kingdom** and have experience advising on or reviewing **corporate workplace policies**. This project will involve creating, reviewing, and evaluating realistic legal and workplace policy scenarios, leveraging your experience with employment law, HR policies, compliance, and corporate advisory work. **Ideal candidates have experience with one or more of the following:** - Corporate workplace policies - Employee handbooks and HR policy review - Labor and employment advisory work - Workplace investigations - Discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and accommodation policies - Wage and hour compliance - Termination, discipline, and employee relations matters - Multi-jurisdictional employment law issues - Employment law support for multinational companies **Preferred candidates have experience at one or more of the following firms:** - Baker McKenzie - Littler - Seyfarth Shaw - Squire Patton Boggs - Ogletree Deakins - Morgan Lewis - Paul Hastings - Proskauer - A&O Shearman - Hogan Lovells - Gibson Dunn - Or another leading law firm with a strong Labor & Employment / Employment Law practice **The vetting process involves:** - Resume and work history screen - Short interview evaluating Labor & Employment law and workplace policy expertise **Please note:** Candidates **must be based in the United Kingdom, have the right to work in the United Kingdom, and be US-qualified lawyers**.
