Commercial Real Estate Attorney

About this role

This is a remote, project-based role for commercial real estate attorneys with experience in energy project development and/or power grid interconnection. You will review historical PJM / US East Coast power-generation interconnection applications for site-control compliance, evaluating real estate and site-control documentation including deeds, leases, options, easements, amendments, payment evidence, and related agreements to determine whether each application satisfies conveyance, term, and exclusivity requirements. Work is asynchronous, with an expected commitment of 5–20 hours per week variable by your personal schedule.
