This is a build and scale mandate: the role owns strengthening platform reliability, release quality, monitoring, and product delivery as the foundation for WeloData’s next stage of growth, and is empowered to move fast and decisively. Working in close partnership with Welo Global’s Technology team, and stakeholders within WeloData: Talent, Operations, and the Director of Delivery Engagement, the Head of Technology and Product elevates WeloData’s platforms to match the pace of the business while building the 2–3 year technology and product roadmap that positions WeloData for what’s next, delivering measurable impact on customer success, operational efficiency, and financial performance.    TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES  Build the next generation of WeloData’s platform foundations: raise the bar on release quality, monitoring, and audit readiness, and build the engineering discipline to match the pace of the business’s growth.
