Welo Global’s five brands—Welocalize (multilingual content and localization services for global enterprises), Park IP (intellectual property and patent translation services for law firms and corporate legal teams), Welo Life Sciences (regulated language and compliance-aligned content solutions for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations), Adapt (multilingual performance-led digital marketing agency), and Welo Data (multilingual data generation, evaluation, and human data infrastructure for AI systems)—serve distinct customer segments with purpose-built expertise, fit-for-purpose solutions, and supporting technology. weloglobal.com Language combination: English intoHindi (India) Project type: Long-term, recurring engagement with approximately 15–16 patient visits in total, each running anywhere from 1 to 8 hours (half or full day). Team: For full-day visits, interpreters will need to work with a partner, if you have a regular interpreting partner, we'd be glad to onboard them as well Location: Montreal (postal code 3140), Quebec Subject matter: Patient-facing medical interpretation, doctor's appointments, medical studies, pharmacy and pharmacovigilance-related conversations. Prior experience in a clinical or patient-facing healthcare setting is preferred, and the client can provide reference/glossary materials ahead of each visit Why local matters: Since visits will recur over time, we're prioritizing interpreters already based in Montreal to avoid travel and keep scheduling simple for everyone. Since this is a longer-term relationship rather than a one-off, I'd love to learn more about your background in medical/healthcare interpreting, any certifications you hold, and your general availability over the coming months. Once candidates have been vetted, we would ask you to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be able to start onboard process with you.
