Complete solo English audio recordings for AI training and data collection projects. This role is 100% remote. Compensation: Estimated hourly rate: USD $10–$30/hour. What you’ll do At Pila8, your voice helps train the next generation of AI. Single-person recording projects are built to capture clear, consistent, high-quality speech that AI systems can learn from. Your recordings may be used to help improve how AI understands pronunciation, prompts, natural responses, and structured speech in real-world use cases. As a Pila8 contributor, you may complete prompted responses, scripted reads, or guided solo recording tasks. Some projects are short and repeatable, while others may involve longer answers or multi-clip workflows. In every case, the goal is to produce clean, reliable English recordings that match the project format and can be used with confidence. Record prompted, scripted, or guided solo responses in English Follow script and prompt rules exactly Maintain clean, consistent audio quality from the first take through submission Re-record clips when a task requires corrections or quality improvements Submit work on time and in the correct format Requirements English is required for all work on this page. You should be able to speak clearly in English, stay consistent across many clips, and follow detailed instructions closely. Some projects may also recommend headphones so you can monitor playback, hear instructions clearly, or stay more consistent across takes. Your recording setup matters. Whenever possible, record indoors in a quiet space and avoid televisions, conversations, fans, crowded rooms, and reflective spaces that can create echo or cause rejected clips. Better audio conditions can help improve approval rates and reduce rework.
