About this role
Handshake is seeking Machine Learning PhDs to support AI research through flexible, hourly contract work. This is not a traditional academic or full-time role. You'll apply your machine learning expertise to evaluate AI-generated content and provide feedback that helps AI systems better understand model architectures, optimization theory, statistical learning, and technical problem-solving. This is an ongoing, project-based opportunity that can be done alongside research, teaching, postdoctoral work, or industry employment.
