**About the Role** Mercor is hiring experienced **Medical and Health Services Managers** to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems. In this role, you'll evaluate AI-generated healthcare operations content and workflows, leveraging your real-world expertise in directing clinical services, personnel, budgets, and compliance across healthcare facilities. **Key Responsibilities** - Evaluate AI-generated healthcare operations plans, staff assignments, compliance reviews, and other management artifacts for quality and accuracy. - Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on operational soundness, regulatory compliance, and clinical-service feasibility. - Review healthcare management scenarios involving budgeting, personnel administration, records management, and program planning and provide expert feedback. **Required Qualifications** - **4+ years** of experience as a Medical and Health Services Manager, Clinical Director, Nurse Manager, Nursing Director, Health Information Manager, or another closely related healthcare management role. - Experience directing or coordinating medical and health services across hospitals, clinics, managed care organizations, public health agencies, or similar settings. - Ability to commit **20+ hours per week**. - Strong written English communication skills. **Additional Information** - Start date: Immediate - Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks - Payment: task-based (payment upon first task approval). Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
