**About the Role** Mercor is hiring experienced **Project Management Specialists** to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems. In this role, you'll evaluate AI-generated project management content and workflows, leveraging your real-world expertise in coordinating schedules, budgets, staffing, and stakeholder communications across technical projects. **Key Responsibilities** - Evaluate AI-generated project plans, status reports, stakeholder communications, and other project artifacts for quality and accuracy. - Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on planning rigor, execution feasibility, and stakeholder relevance. - Review project management scenarios involving schedule, budget, staffing, and procurement decisions and provide expert feedback. **Required Qualifications** - **4+ years** of experience as a Project Management Specialist, Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, Project Coordinator, or another closely related project management role. - Experience coordinating schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, and budgets across technical or cross-functional projects. - Ability to commit **20+ hours per week**. - Strong written English communication skills. **Additional Information** - Start date: Immediate - Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks - Payment: task-based (payment upon first task approval). Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
