## عن Babel Audio تتعاون Babel Audio مع كبرى شركات التكنولوجيا لجمع بيانات صوتية عالية الجودة تُستخدم في تدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي المتقدّمة. نعمل مع آلاف المشاركين حول العالم لتسجيل محادثات بشرية أصيلة، حتى يتمكّن الذكاء الاصطناعي من فهم البشر والتواصل معهم بصورة أفضل. ## عن الدور تبحث Babel Audio عن ناطقين بالعربية المصرية (مصر) قادرين على ارتجال مشهد، للمشاركة في مشروع أداء فردي. ستُستخدم تسجيلاتك لتدريب أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي على فهم المشاعر الإنسانية والتعبير عنها بصورة أفضل. هذا عمل يتطلّب التعبير عن المشاعر بعفوية وإقناع، وهو ما يحتاج إلى مهارة حقيقية، وقد صمّمنا هذا التعاون ليعكس ذلك. هذا المشروع قائم على الارتجال، فلا نصوص فيه: ستتلقّى وصفًا لموقف معيّن والشعور المطلوب، ثم تتقمّص الشخصية وترتجل المشهد بشكل طبيعي. هذه المشاهد مشحونة بالعاطفة وتتطلّب منك الاندماج الكامل في الشخصية. قد تؤدّي أدوارًا مثل: - عروس تودّع عائلتها ليلة زفافها، غارقة في مشاعرها - أب يحمل طفله المولود حديثًا لأول مرّة، تغمره العاطفة - طبيب يبلّغ عائلة مريضه نبأ وفاته بقلب مثقل - عدّاء يقترب من خط النهاية بعد سنوات من التدريب، تطغى عليه المشاعر مدة كل تسجيل أقل من دقيقة واحدة. أنت من يختار المواقف التي تؤدّيها، وتعمل وفق جدولك الخاص بالكامل. ## شروط التقديم - إتقان العربية المصرية بمستوى لغة أم والتحدّث بها بشكل طبيعي - *لا يشترط خبرة سابقة في التمثيل الصوتي، فالمهم سرعة البديهة والقدرة على إحياء المشهد دون نص مكتوب* - القدرة على التعبير بعفوية وإقناع عن مجموعة متنوعة من المشاعر، من الفرح والارتياح إلى الأسى والخوف - القدرة على فهم الموقف بسرعة والأداء باستقلالية بأقل قدر من التوجيه - امتلاك ميكروفون خارجي بجودة احترافية (التفاصيل في قسم المتطلّبات التقنية أدناه) ## التعويض - 90 دولار أمريكي للساعة المسجَّلة - قد تتوفّر حوافز إضافية مبنيّة على الأداء ## المتطلّبات التقنية - جودة الصوت: جودة صوت واضحة وثابتة - ميكروفون خارجي: يُفضَّل USB (أو XLR؛ لا تُقبل الميكروفونات المدمجة أو اللاسلكية أو البلوتوث) - جهاز التسجيل: يلزم استخدام جهاز كومبيوتر ديسكتوب أو لابتوب (لا تُقبل الهواتف المحمولة أو التابليت) - البيئة: مكان هادئ وخالٍ من ضجيج الخلفية، معالَج صوتيًا أو مبطن بعازل للصوت (بدون صدى ملحوظ) - اتصال الإنترنت: اتصال مستقر لضمان جودة تسجيل عالية - فلتر البوب: فلتر البوب (Pop Filter) أو واقي الرياح الإسفنجي: يُنصح به بشدة --- *ينطبق هذا السعر على وقت الصوت المسجَّل لهذا المشروع تحديدًا. قد تُؤخذ الطلبات بعين الاعتبار لمشاريع Babel Audio الأخرى، والتي قد تختلف أسعارها. يُرجى مراجعة [شروط الاستخدام](https://dashboard.babel.audio/terms-of-use) و[سياسة الخصوصية](https://dashboard.babel.audio/privacy-policy) للاطّلاع على التفاصيل الكاملة.* --- ## About Babel Audio Babel Audio partners with leading technology companies to collect high-quality voice data that trains frontier AI models. We work with thousands of participants worldwide to capture authentic human conversation, so that AI can better understand and communicate with humanity. ## About the Role Babel Audio is looking for Egyptian Arabic (Egypt) speakers who can improvise a scene for a solo performance project. Your performances will be used to help AI systems better understand, express, and be trained on human emotion. This work requires expressing emotions naturally and convincingly in the moment, which takes real skill, so the opportunity has been designed to match that level. This is an unscripted project. Instead, you'll receive a scenario and an emotion, and you'll need to step into the character and perform naturally, improvising on the spot. These scenes are emotionally charged and require you to fully immerse yourself in the character. You might play roles like: - A bride, overcome with emotion, saying goodbye to her family on her wedding day - A father overwhelmed with emotion as he holds his newborn baby for the first time - A doctor with a heavy heart informing family members of a patient's death - A runner overcome with emotion as they near the finish line after years of hard training Each recording is under one minute. You can choose the scenarios you like and work at a time that suits you. ## Who Can Apply? - Those who speak Egyptian Arabic naturally at a native level - *No voice-acting experience is required. We're looking for people who can think on their feet and bring a scene to life without a script* - Those who can convincingly express a range of emotions, from joy and relief to grief and fear, in the moment - Those who can quickly understand a scenario and perform independently with minimal guidance - Those who own a professional-quality external microphone (see Technical Requirements below) ## Compensation - $90 USD per recorded hour - Additional performance-based incentives may be available ## Technical Requirements - Clear and consistent voice quality - External microphone: USB preferred (or XLR; but no built-in, wireless/HF, or Bluetooth microphones) - Recording setup: Computer required (no mobile devices or smartphones) - Environment: Quiet, no background noise, acoustically treated, or soundproof space (no noticeable echo) - Internet connection: Stable connection for high-quality recording - Pop filter or foam windscreen: Strongly recommended --- *Rate applies to recorded audio time for this specific project.
