## Về Babel Audio Babel Audio hợp tác với các công ty công nghệ hàng đầu để thu thập dữ liệu giọng nói chất lượng cao đào tạo các mô hình AI tiên tiến. Chúng tôi làm việc với hàng nghìn người tham gia trên toàn thế giới để ghi lại các cuộc trò chuyện chân thực của con người, giúp AI có thể hiểu rõ hơn về con người và giao tiếp với họ một cách tự nhiên hơn. ## Về Vai trò Babel Audio đang tìm kiếm các diễn viên lồng tiếng chuyên nghiệp nói tiếng Việt (Tiếng Việt Chuẩn / giọng miền Bắc/ miền Nam) cho một dự án thu âm solo. Các bản thu âm của bạn sẽ được sử dụng để đào tạo các hệ thống AI hiểu và thể hiện cảm xúc con người tốt hơn. Đây là một dự án mang tính chất diễn giải, tập trung vào nhân vật, cần người diễn đạt có tay nghề chuyên môn; do đó, chúng tôi đã xây dựng phương thức hợp tác này để phản ánh chính xác tinh thần đó. Dựa trên kịch bản và mô tả phân cảnh được cung cấp, bạn sẽ nghiên cứu tâm lý nhân vật để thể hiện phần thoại, đảm bảo độ chân thực và nhất quán về mặt cảm xúc cho nhân vật. Các hình tượng nhân vật bạn sẽ hóa thân bằng giọng nói bao gồm: - Một cô dâu, nghẹn ngào và choáng ngợp bởi muôn vàn cảm xúc khi nói lời tạm biệt gia đình trong ngày cưới - Một người cha, ôm con sơ sinh của mình lần đầu tiên, ngợp trong cảm xúc - Một người chăn cừu, phát hiện một con sói ở xa, trở nên cảnh giác để bảo vệ đàn cừu của mình - Một bác sĩ, với trái tim nặng trĩu, đưa tin về sự ra đi của bệnh nhân cho gia đình họ - Một vận động viên chạy bộ, sau nhiều năm tập luyện, gần đến vạch đích và tràn ngập cảm xúc Bạn được lựa chọn kịch bản phù hợp để thực hiện và làm việc hoàn toàn theo lịch trình của riêng mình. Thời gian cho một bản thu âm là dưới một phút. ## Bạn Là Ai - Phát âm chuẩn tiếng Việt (giọng Hà Nội) - Có kinh nghiệm, nền tảng chuyên nghiệp về lồng tiếng, thuyết minh, thu âm sách nói hoặc tương tự - Có khả năng biến hóa giọng thoại linh hoạt, giàu cảm xúc; làm chủ đài từ để thích ứng với nhiều phong cách và tuyến nhân vật khác nhau - Có khả năng tự cảm thụ, diễn giải kịch bản tốt; có tư duy chủ động và làm việc độc lập với hướng dẫn tối thiểu ## Thù Lao - 60 USD / giờ thu âm - Chính sách thưởng, bonus dựa trên hiệu suất công việc ## Yêu Cầu Kỹ Thuật - Khuyến khích sử dụng: Micro thu âm chuyên nghiệp; màng lọc âm, màng chắn gió - Môi trường thu âm yên tĩnh, chống vang - Kết nối internet ổn định, truyền tải tín hiệu thu âm tốt --- *Mức thù lao của dự án này được áp dụng dựa trên thời lượng của sản phẩm âm thanh được thu âm. We work with thousands of participants worldwide to capture authentic human conversation, so that AI can better understand and communicate with humanity. ## About the Role Babel Audio is seeking professional Vietnamese-speaking voice actors (Standard Vietnamese / Northern / Southern accents) for a solo performance project. Your performances will be used to train AI systems to better understand and express human emotion. This is interpretive, character-driven work that requires genuine craft, and we have structured this engagement to reflect that. You will receive a script and scene brief, study the emotional context, and deliver a performance that is true to the character and moment. The scenes are specific and emotionally rich. You might perform as: - A bride, bidding farewell to her family on her wedding day, overwhelmed with emotion - A father, holding his newborn child for the first time, overcome with emotion - A shepherd, spotting a wolf in the distance, becoming alert to protect his herd - A doctor, with a heavy heart, delivering the news of a patient's passing to their family - A runner, after years of training, nearing the finish line and filled with emotion Recordings are under one minute. You select which scripts to take on, and you work entirely on your own schedule. ## Who You Are - Native-level fluency in Standard Vietnamese (Hanoi) - Professional background in voice acting, dubbing, narration, audiobook recording, or similar - Able to deliver expressive and engaging vocal performances across a variety of styles and emotions - Comfortable interpreting a scene brief and working independently with minimal direction ## Compensation - $60 USD / recorded hour - Additional performance-based incentives may be available ## Technical Requirements - External microphone; pop filter or windscreen strongly recommended - Quiet, acoustically controlled recording environment - Stable internet connection capable of supporting smooth audio recordings --- *Rate applies to recorded audio time for this specific project.
