**What you’ll do:** review paired AI-generated executive communications (CEO memos, all-hands updates, speeches); judge tone for a workplace audience and whether it leads with what a busy reader needs; select a preferred sample, write a one-line reason, apply tags; clear the calibration gate before live data. **Background:** wrote CEO memos, all-hands updates, or speeches at a Fortune 500 company; judges tone well for an executive audience; knows what a busy reader needs in the first two lines. **Schedule:** 5 hours/day, 5 business days for the pilot, ramping into an ongoing month-to-month engagement.
