About this role

**Role Overview** We're recruiting native Arabic speakers for immediate customer experience (CX) agent testing. You'll place calls and run quality reviews to evaluate our client's conversational AI agent. **What You'll Do** - Complete **10 test calls** with the CX agent, following the prompts and scenarios provided - Complete **10 QA reviews** of calls, assessing accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness - Provide clear written feedback on conversation flow and user experience **Schedule & Compensation** - **Duration:** 1-2 hours total - **Start Date:** Immediate **Requirements** - Native Arabic speaker - Prior data annotation experience - Able to place calls to an EU, UK, or US phone number - Ability to make clear phone calls with good audio quality - Available to start immediately
