About this role

We're looking for experienced HR professionals who are native or fluent in German to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You'll build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real human resources work as it's done in Germany. Requirements - Experience in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation or talent) - Native or fluent in German - Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Germany - Knowledge of German labor law, works councils (BetrVG), Tarifverträge and German payroll and social insurance Details: Remote, about 21 hours per week, hourly, pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.
