**About the Role** Mercor is hiring experienced **Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Managers** to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems. In this role, you'll evaluate AI-generated property management content and workflows, leveraging your real-world expertise in operating and maintaining residential, commercial, and industrial properties and managing community associations. **Key Responsibilities** - Evaluate AI-generated property operating budgets, lease analyses, maintenance plans, association governance documents, and other property management artifacts for quality and accuracy. - Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on financial soundness, regulatory and lease compliance, and operational feasibility. - Review scenarios involving tenant and owner relations, rent collection, vendor contracts, capital improvements, and association board matters and provide expert feedback. **Required Qualifications** - **4+ years** of experience as a Property Manager, Real Estate Manager, Community Association Manager, HOA Manager, Leasing Manager, or another closely related property or association management role. - Experience planning, directing, or coordinating the leasing, operation, maintenance, or governance of residential, commercial, or industrial real estate properties or community associations. - Ability to commit **20+ hours per week**. - Strong written English communication skills. **Additional Information** - Start date: Immediate - Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks - Payment: task-based (payment upon first task approval). Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
