Job Overview We are seeking a Senior QA Analyst to own quality assurance across the frontend-to-middleware boundary of a multi-step web onboarding workflow. This role goes beyond scripted execution — it requires the analytical depth to design exploratory test strategies, apply structured testing techniques like equivalence partitioning, and validate that the workflow's step-by-step progression and submission states behave correctly under a wide range of input conditions. The candidate will review the evidence produced by the Manual QA Tester and convert observed frontend behaviour into a validated state model/FSM, including decision forks, equivalence classes, persona-specific behaviour, and boundary conditions. The ideal candidate is comfortable triaging complex defects and driving them to resolution.
