FreeCAD Specialist

About this role

In this hourly, remote contractor role, you will work as a FreeCAD Specialist (SME) to create realistic, challenging computer-based tasks using FreeCAD and related parametric CAD workflows. You will design practical FreeCAD tasks, document them clearly in SuperAnnotate, ensure your computer setup supports the task, and record yourself executing the task on your computer. Tasks may include sketching, constraints, Part Design, Part workbench operations, TechDraw, parametric modeling, exports, assemblies or multi-part workflows, technical drawings, or troubleshooting model issues. You may also be asked to create task prompts, demonstrate correct workflow execution, and ensure that the recording is clear, realistic, and useful for AI training. This role is with SME Careers, a fast-growing AI Data Services company and subsidiary of SuperAnnotate, delivering training data for many of the world’s largest AI companies and foundation-model labs. Your FreeCAD expertise directly helps improve the world’s premier AI models by teaching them how real users complete practical open-source CAD and parametric modeling tasks on a computer.
