**About the Opportunity** A leading AI research organization is studying how advanced AI systems perform on complex transaction, investment, and private-fund work. We are seeking experienced investment-banking, private-equity, venture-capital, and fund-operations professionals to produce and evaluate institutional-quality analysis. Depending on your experience, you may contribute as a practitioner completing analytical work or as a senior reviewer assessing that work for accuracy, commercial judgment, and execution quality. **What You'll Do** - Build and assess financial models, valuations, transaction analyses, and leveraged buyout models - Prepare or review CIM analysis, investment-committee memoranda, and diligence findings - Evaluate capital calls, distribution waterfalls, fund economics, and LP reporting - Analyze fund-formation and subscription materials from a finance and operations perspective - Identify modeling errors, unsupported assumptions, diligence gaps, and inconsistencies between analysis and recommendation - Explain conclusions through clear, structured written reasoning **Who We're Looking For** - 5–7 years of relevant investment-banking or private-equity experience, or 5–10 years of relevant fund-operations experience, for the practitioner track; 7–15 years for the senior reviewer track - Professional experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, fund finance, fund operations, or fund formation - Strong modeling, valuation, transaction, diligence, and investment-writing skills - Current or recent proximity to execution is highly valued - Excellent written communication and the ability to make assumptions, risks, and recommendations explicit - Experience reviewing deal teams, investment memos, or fund deliverables is especially valuable for the senior track **Why This Work Matters** Transaction and fund work combines technical precision with commercial judgment and tight internal consistency.
