What this site is
aitrainingjobsfinder.com is an aggregator. We pull together publicly listed gig opportunities across the AI training, RLHF (reinforcement learning from human feedback), data annotation, and subject-matter expert contracting space, and present them in one searchable feed with transparent pay, eligibility, and commitment information.
We currently track 12 platforms covering roughly 1,200 active gigs at any given time, including:
- Frontier-lab and SME platforms — Mercor, micro1, Alignerr, SME Careers (SuperAnnotate), Handshake AI Fellowship, Pareto AI
- Voice and audio data — Babel Audio, Pila8, CrowdGen, Welo Data
- Annotation and microtask portals — OneForma, Remote Talent Cloud
- AI labs hiring tutors and contractors directly — xAI
How it works
For each platform we have an adapter that reads its public job feed — the same source Google's crawler uses to index those listings. ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable) expose JSON endpoints. Modern frameworks like Next.js include a structured JobPosting blob in the page HTML. LinkedIn exposes a guest-jobs widget that doesn't require login. We aggregate from all of them, normalize the shape, and push to a database that the listings page reads from.
Listings refresh daily. When a job is removed from its source, we mark it inactive on our end so you don't waste time clicking through to a 404.
Why we built it
The AI gig economy moved from "Mechanical Turk for $5 an hour" to "$200/hour PhD-level evaluation work" in roughly 24 months, and the information about who pays what for what kind of work is fragmented across a dozen platforms, Reddit threads, and Trustpilot reviews. There was no single place to filter every actively-listed gig by pay, commitment, and country eligibility. So we built one.
How we make money
Some outbound links to platforms include a referral code registered to us. When someone applies to a platform via our link and gets hired, the platform pays us a commission. You pay nothing — the platform pays us out of its own recruiting budget. This is how we keep the site free of paywalls, signup walls, ads, and tracking pixels beyond a single Google Analytics tag for aggregate page-view counts.
Listings are not ranked or filtered based on referral revenue. The order is by recency, and the filters are deterministic. See our disclaimer for the full affiliate statement.
